Common frequencies you might see are 396 Hz, 741 Hz, and 528 Hz. We know listening to this music can make us feel good, relaxed or even expansive and spiritual and we can all agree that frequency or energy is literally everything, but do you know why this is and what these frequencies really are? In this article I’m going to do a deep dive into 3 of the primary Solfeggio Frequencies and how you can use these powerful energetic vibrations to positively enhance your life and wellbeing.

What Are Solfeggio Frequencies?

Solfeggio frequencies refer to specific tones of sound that positively impact various aspects of mind/body health and promote healing. The tones range from 174 Hz to 963 Hz. These tones have been used since ancient times in both the East and West, but were ‘rediscovered’ in the 1970s by Dr. Joseph Puleo, who was able to identify the nine measurable tones and bring them back into the public awareness. 741 Hz
